Job description:
Cerebral Vortex Games is looking for
talented programmers to join our team. As a member of the Production and
Technology team, the Flash/Action Script programmer will write, modify,
integrate and test computer code for web applications, data processing
applications and other interactive media.
Main duties and responsibilities
Write, modify, integrate and test software
code
- Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as
required
- Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and
solutions
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements
- Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications
- Research and evaluate a variety of software products.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge with Flash and Action Script 3
- HTML
- XML
- PHP (not required, but would be helpful to have)
Qualifications:
- A University degree in Computer Science
- Strong analytical and programming skills
- Problem solving and research abilities
- Creativity and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Team player
Preferred
Candidate:
- One year of experience
