About the Speaker
Nancy Diamond - Kelly Services Branch Manager for the Niagara Region
Nancy has a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction degree from Brock University. She is the Branch Manager for Kelly Services for the Niagara Region. For the past 22 years she has assisted many local companies with their human resources requirements. During her years with Kelly Services she has successfully managed the Niagara and Hamilton branch operations, recruited and hired many temporary and full-time employees, been an ISO 9002 Internal Auditor for the company, and Quality System Trainer for branches in Niagara, Hamilton, Calgary, Vancouver and Victoria. Nancy was a member of the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Professional Association of Niagara for 6 years. Nancy is currently the Vice Chair for the St. Catharines-Thorold Chamber of Commerce. She is very familiar with the recruiting challenges facing companies in our area.
