February's Mashup will feature a short presentation by professors Martin Danahay and Kevin Kee of Brock University's Interactive Arts and Science program.

Centre for Digital Humanities
The Centre for Digital Humanities is the home of Brock University's Interactive Arts and Science program. Martin Danahay, professor and director of the program will be joined by Kevin Kee, Canada Research Chair in Digital Humanities at Brock University. In addition to teaching in the Interactive Arts and Science program, and in the History department, Professor Kee's research is focused on best practices for the design, development and use of computer simulations and serious games for history. He leads the “Simulating History” research project, and directs the “Simulating History” research lab at Brock University. Professor Kee is also the lead on the nGen "1812: Interactive Niagara" project, an iPhone game about the War of 1812 for tourists. At this Mashup you'll have the opportunity to learn more about the "1812: Interactive Niagara" project as well as the other projects Professor Kee is involved in.
